The process for removing a student varies depending on your role in the Classroom Manager. Below, we explain the steps to follow based on your role.
If you have an Administrator or Owner profile
Follow these steps:
1. Access the student list from the "School" section.
2. Hover your cursor over the student you want to remove.
3. On the right, click on the three dots to display the options.
4. Select "Remove student".
5. A confirmation message will appear. Click on "Yes, remove".
ℹ️ Important: When you remove a student, their user will be moved to the "Removed students" section, which you can find in the School > People > Removed students panel. If you have removed a student by mistake, we explain here how to recover them.
If you have a Teacher profile
Follow these steps:
1. Access the student's class from the "My classes" section.
2. Place the cursor over the student you want to remove.
3. On the right, click on the three dots to display the options.
4. Select "Remove student".
5. A confirmation message will appear. Click on "Yes, remove".
ℹ️ Important: When you remove a student, their user will be moved to the "Removed students" section of the Classroom Manager. If you have removed a student by mistake, we explain here how to recover them.
