ℹ️ Important: This article is intended for Google Workspace (formerly G-Suite) administrators at the school. If your Chromebook devices are not linked to Google Workspace, you can install and update the practice app on a Chromebook by following these instructions.
In the Google Workspace environment, it is possible to perform actions simultaneously on all devices. Below, we explain how to install and update the Individualized Practice app on Chromebook devices through Google Workspace.
💾 Installation
1. Go to admin.google.com and sign in with your administrator account.
2. Navigate to Devices > Chrome > Apps & extensions > Users & browsers.
3. In the bottom-right corner, click the “+” button and select the Google Play icon.
4. In the search bar, type “Innovamat” and, once the page loads, click “Select".
5. Go back to the Admin Console > Devices > Chrome > Apps & extensions > Users & browsers. Now, the individualized practice app should appear in the list. For convenience, make sure to check the option “Force install and pin to Chrome OS taskbar”.
🎉 Done! If the devices linked in step 1 are connected to the internet, the installation of the Individualized Practice app will automatically execute.

🔄 Update
By default, apps on a device update automatically when a new version is available and the device is connected to the internet.
However, on Chromebook devices:
- Updates will not occur if the device is turned off or suspended.
- If the school's internet connection is limited, opening all devices at once can overload the bandwidth and prevent the update.
To ensure the update is applied correctly, we recommend opening each Chromebook and its user in a staggered manner, at a time when no classes are taking place.
