How to access the Innovamat App from home

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Access to the Innovamat App from home will only be possible if this type of access has been enabled from the school.

 

Step 1: Registering the User

To access the application from home for the first time, it is necessary to activate the user.

To do this, when the teacher enables home access, the following invitation is sent to the email address that the teacher has linked as the family user:

⚠️ If you do not receive the email, we recommend checking the 'Spam' folder and verifying with the teacher that the linked email does not contain any errors.

You must click on "Create Password", and then a new window will open with the following registration form where you must indicate: name, surname, and password. Finally, click on "Send".

⚠️ If you receive a notification of 'expired link', you must request the teacher to resend the invitation.

 

Step 2: Accessing the Application

Once you have registered the email, you can access the application by following these steps according to the device you use at home.

At the login, you must enter the email and password configured during registration.
