ℹ️ Important: If your Chromebook devices are managed through Google Workspace (G-Suite), we recommend checking out this article, where we explain how to install and update the Individualized Practice app in bulk from the admin console.
💾 Installation
Chromebook devices use an Android-based system, so apps must be downloaded from Google Play to ensure optimal performance.
Follow these steps to install the Individualized Practice app:
- Open Google Play.
- Search for "Innovamat" in the app search bar and click on the "Individual Practice Innovamat" app.
- Pulsa en «Instalar»
🔄 Updating
Android devices have automatic updates enabled by default. This means that whenever a new version is available and the device is connected to the Internet, the Individualized Practice app will update automatically.
If automatic updates are disabled, you will need to update the Individualized Practice app manually from Google Play. Follow these steps to do so:
- Open Google Play.
- Search for "Innovamat" in the app search bar and click on the "Individual Practice Innovamat" app.
- Click "Update".
🎉 All set! Your Innovamat app is now updated.
How can I enable automatic updates?
If you have disabled this option and want to reactivate it, follow these steps:
- Open Google Play.
- In the top-right corner, tap your profile icon.
- Select "Manage apps & device".
- Go to the "Manage" tab, find the "Individual Practice Innovamat" app, and select it.
- In the top-right corner, tap the three vertical dots.
- Enable the "Auto-update" option.
This setting will apply as long as you are signed into Google Play with the same account used to install the app. Alternatively, you can do it this way:
- Open Google Play.
- In the top-right corner, click your profile icon.
- Go to "Manage apps & device".
- Click "Manage", then search for "Innovamat".
- In the app, go to "Details" > "More" > "Auto-update" and enable the option.
💡 Tip Solver: In some cases, if the device has been used by multiple users—for example, if the Google account has changed or if the system administrator is a different user—issues may arise when updating the app. In these situations, the app may require the original user to complete the update.
To quickly resolve this, uninstall the app and reinstall it by clicking on this link.
